All services are performed by students under the direct supervision of an instructor.
All full-priced products are guaranteed 100% and may be exchanged with another product of equal or lesser price. Chemical services are guaranteed only when the prescribed products are purchased. No cash refunds. If a correction is deemed, please schedule an appointment within one week of original service.
For safety reasons, children are not permitted on the clinic floor unless receiving services. They may not wait in our reservation area.
For hair cut services - you must be 10 years old or older. For any chemical services - you must be 18 years old or older. If younger, must have a signed parent consent. Contact the Service Desk if you have further questions. Thank you.
