*All services performed by students under the supervision of a licensed instructor.
*Length of your appointment, hair, texture, density, amount of chemicals applied to your hair, or any additional care provided to damaged hair.
*To ensure an extraordinary service experience, all children under the age of 12 not receiving a service must remain in the reception area until completion of the service and accompanied by a guardian.
