Paul Mitchell The School will donate decorated Christmas Trees

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE December 13, 2011; (Fayetteville, Ark.)-Students at Paul Mitchell The School Arkansas are competing against each other to decorate the best Christmas tree. They will be gathering votes by collecting dollars into specific boxes; whoever collects the most money wins. Trees at the end of the voting period will either be auctioned off or donated to families who don’t have trees for the Christmas season via The Salvation Army of Northwest Arkansas. Participating students provided pre-lit, four foot trees and created or bought Christmas ornaments. They were limited to a twenty dollar budget for their decorations. Completed trees are being displayed along the front window of Paul Mitchell The School Arkansas. Anyone is welcome to come in and enjoy the trees, vote by dollar donation and eventually bid on trees in a silent auction. Voting will take place during regular business hours and conclude at 12:00 p.m. Friday, December 23, 2011. The silent auction will also close at that time. Trees will be available for winning bidders to pick up from 12:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Friday, December 23, 2011. Trees whose bids do not meet a minimum predetermined value will be donated to families in the area by volunteers with The Salvation Army of Northwest Arkansas. Read More
